- Contacted a few companies to quote for updating engineered hardwood floor in the condo after tenants moved out. Not all companies respond to projects of this scale. Susana, Unique Flooring's office manager, is always very responsive. She helped source the same floor model that was already discontinued by the manufacturer. Professional installers did a thorough onsite inspection and gave a fair quote within a few hours. Mark did a great job within the agreed timeframe and left the condo in clean condition. - I had my stair railing and pickets sanded and replaced and two bullnoses installed in the floor. Neville and his crew did an amazing job and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. They were so professional and it was a pleasure to have them here. The sanding that Enis did was excellent and the varnish that finalized the project makes it really shine. Everything looks so nice now. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left, which was very much appreciated. - I asked five different companies for quotes for a large job. Two of them wouldn't even come to look at it and quoted remotely which I could not trust. One came and never quoted. - I found unique flooring Gta here on home stars. I had roughly 6 or 7 companies come to my condo to give me a quote. Gabor from unique flooring GTA came to my place to give me a quote and he was very professional and had excellent customer service. I chose them to do my renovation even though they were not the lowest price quoted. I had faith in Gabor and his team after meeting him face to face and developing a rapport with him. They completed the job very quickly and I was very happy with the outcome. The floors look amazing and the craftsmanship is very good. When covid hi it threw a wrench into our plan to renovate as my condo building restricted renovations. Gabor and Susana kept in close contact with me during this time and I kept them up to date with the restrictions my condo had put in place.
